Avoiding Cupcakes and Daily Habits

Second day back on the slow carb diet is already hard. The constant Starbucks runs at my office, someone brought
cupcakes in for the first time, and overall unslow carb food in the L’enfant area.

Currently I weight 226 and using this blog for self notes and sanity.



I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months from the slow carb diet from four hour body. That was about a year ago, now it’s time to shed this weight again. It’s tough not working near a chipotle, I love the bowl and it’s great for slow carb.
